Raya Day Roadtrip

I went on a road trip with my friends on the 1st day of Raya. We woke up at 3.40am, yea in the morning.. Imagine! Got ready and started our journey at 4smth or 5am... I was sleeping half the time in the car until we reach the Sungai Perak Perhentian. Wait for another group to arrive, then we head for dim sum breakfast at Ming Court Restaurant. It was full of humans although its only 7smth in the morning. We were complaining why on earth these people wake up so early for breakfast but stopped after we realise that we ourselves woke up at 3smth and drive all the way to Ipoh for this. Haha.. Managed to find a place to sit and eat. It was different than those in Penang. After eating, we drove around Ipoh before heading to Kampar, Gua Tempurung. Wanted to do the activities there but it was closed! So instead of caving there, we walked around for a little while and head to Kampar for seafood lunch. I didnt know Kampar has seafood. Haha. I called daddy and went and find him to have a little nice daughter and father chat. I was so happy to see daddy! After lunch, we drove around again. It was in the car and highway all the time during that road trip. We went to Taiping and drove around the town and finally stop for tea time at Old Town Cafe. Had fun doing nonsense there before we head home. Again, I was sleeping half the time in the car. Reached home at around evening and helped sis bake blackforest cupcake. I dont know why I'm so tired as I did not drive or do anything besides eating and sleeping. Guess its the journey. Its a nice road trip and I'm looking forward for another one!

My New Awesome Phone

I bought a new samsung galaxy s2 on Saturday.. It was awesome and I'm loving it now... Very expensive, I felt some sharp object poke thru my heart and its still bleeding heavily now. I'll hav to pay back the debts within 1year as I opted for the 0% interest for 12months. I didnt do much with it as for now cuz I didnt wanna spend too much on phone bills. Its awesome! My 1st touchscreen smart phone. I wanted to get blackberry storm2 or an iphone4 but end up getting this. Hehe... Its okay as I love my phone so much. I cant stop holding and looking at it!!!

Changed

She was once a smart, confident and ambitious girl. I was with her almost half of my entire life. We grew up together, though we dont see each other all the time as she went to other country to further her studies, to get to what she always wanted. She always knew what she wanted in her life, she always knew what she wanted to be and I watched her work extremely hard towards her goal and ambition. But after a few incidents, she is slowly changing into another character. I watched her being sad over her relatives who passes away one by one during the last few years, I watched he slowly collapsing as she cant take it anymore and now she is not the very ambitious girl from 6years back. She has changed her goal. She just want to be a simple and happy girl. Studies cant make her family stay with her forever, she said. A CEO of a company cant make her relatives alive again, she said. A world leader cant turn back time, she said. It was heartbreaking to see her give up all the goals she set 6years ago and all the hard work and efforts she put in. To have great ambition is easy, everybody wants to be CEO, executive, manager, director. To set them is easy, you just need to tell people that. But the journey towards that ambition is not easy at all. I saw a friend fall just like that. All the dream and ambition meant nothing anymore. Dream and reality is different and we're living in reality, so either you work hard towards your goal or you'll never get it at all. Afterall, how many CEO are there in the world? We cant all CEO! Anyway, as long as she is happy, I will support her like how I always used to.

Great Badminton Session

I played badminton yesterday with my pals @ CLS. Had a great time playing yesterday. I was in good form, was able to run around fast and was able to retrieve almost all the shots. Won few games I played. Had a great time laughing and joking during the games. Everyone is in good form. Its been very long since I had such form during badminton. I wasnt even tired until 8pm. Usually I'll be tired and wanted to rest and watch others play but not yesterday. We all kept playing non stop as there were 8of us and we had 2courts to ourselves. So we just played doubles all the times. I skipped badminton last week as I went out with lady boss for dinner. Guess I just miss playing badminton and therefore I played so well yesterday or maybe I watched too much badminton that I wanted to play so badly. I'm very lucky to have my pals now as I love playing badminton and coincidentally they love badminton too. I thought I'll never be able to play badminton again once I leave high school as I will need at least 4person to play with me. But I was lucky to have met my friends that plays badminton too. 1st was my friends from college, we played alot of badminton during my college times and then now, this group of pals. I just love playing badminton and hope that I can continue playing for a very very long time as humans need to exercise!

He Threathen Me!

Yesterday morning, boss' personal assistant came up to my place to find Joanne. She was at the other side doing something that time and then he went into my lady boss' office to get something and stood there for quite some some. During that time, Joanne came back and I ask her to go away as he was looking for her. So she went away to avoid him. Then he ask me to ask Joanne to go see him when she comes back. After he left, I told Joanne that its safe to come back now, the coast is clear. Then I told her that he wanted to see her. After a while, when Joanne was busy with other stuffs as there's another girl waiting for her. Then he called me and ask me where is Joanne again. He started shouting and said his things are urgent and he needs it in half an hour time and he threathen that if its not done by then, boss will FIRE us. I just said 'hmmm'. I dunno what else to say. I wanted to tell him that if he wants to threathen us, please use another threat. Because firing us is not a threat to us. And he's been using that threat so many times, we got used to it. Also, this time, it has nothing to do with me. I dont think boss will just fire me because his personal assistant cant find Joanne. But overall, it was funny. Didnt think he can get actually shout and talk fast, I'm surprised!

Wonderful Sipadan Water Village

After the Mount Kinabalu hike, we all rested for 1day before leaving for Sipadan. We first had to fly to Tawau and from there, go to Sipadan Water Village by boat. I fell in love with that place immediately when I reach there. The chalets was on water, I could see fishes swimming around below my chalet. The view was fantastic. I could just stay in there the whole day without doing anything. I would lie down on my deck chair, read a book with a cold can of beer or water all day. I can see sunset from my room. We practically do nothing there but sleep and relax, enjoy the wonderful view of the sea, corals and sun. When its time for food, the staff there will hit the 'gong' and we can all start walking to the restaurant for food. The food there was good. We had buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our last night there, we had bbq dinner.

Snorkeling trip was wonderful too. We had two snorkeling session which we did in in 1day, morning and afternoon. They brought us around Mabul Island and Kapalai Island to snorkel. The corals was nice but I got bitten by jellyfish all around and it hurts! I can even see turtles there but then there 1turtle came to my chalet to greet me good morning once. It would have been perfect if we can go to Sipadan Island but we didnt get the permits as we're not staying long enough to wait for it. If I knew how to dive, it would have made a different in the trip as I will get to see more if I can dive.

Overall, my 3days 2nights in Sipadan Water Village was pure food and relaxation, I really love it there and I promise myself to go back there again and again and again.

Mount Kinabalu hike

Went to hike the great Mount Kinabalu on the 11th of July 2011. We hike through Mesilau route. We stayed at mesilau park at night. Our initial room was a cheap hostel type of room but because the staffs there made a big mistake and messed up our room so we made a big hoo haa there and our room got upgraded to a chalet/bungalow type with heater! My friends did a good job there. We all started hiking at 9am from mesilau. The first few kilometres was okay as we walk abit and took lots of pictures while we still can smile nicely. We took about 1hour per kilometre to hike. The later part of the hike was bad, very bad! We were all very very tired and my back hurts alot. Our legs were all stiffen up and we can barely walk up the bloody staircase. Luckily we had our walking stick with us and it really helps us walk up the slope and stairs. Reach Laban Rata at around dinner time. It was so cold there I was shivering all the time. After dinner, we had to get ready and sleep but it was only 8smth at night. Who sleeps at 8pm? But we all had to sleep as we have to wake up at 130am and start hiking to the summit latest by 230am! It was freaking cold at night, I didnt bathe and went to bed with 4layers of clothes, 1jacket and my windbreaker. Woke up at 130am and get ready to hike to summit. It was dark and we had to rely on our headlamp to guide us through the rocky steps. We took about 2hrs to reach sayat-sayat,the checkpoint. With very little supply of oxygen and its freaking cold up there, I felt like vomitting and my head hurts!!!

I dont think I will go back for that hike again but I enjoyed the process and I'm proud of myself for doing it. The view from up there is priceless.

The hike down was miserable. At some part of the hike down, I was alone for quite some time. Amit was 0.5km ahead of me and Eli was 1km behind me. The others was 2km behind me. I was walking alone in the rainforest. I was scared and so I decided to walk slowly and wait for Eli to join me. Then we met Amit as he was waiting for us too. 3of us hike down but our knees was so painful we could not walk fast or bend our knees. We had to walk very slowly towards the end and to make things worse, it started to rain! I fell down once and as if my back and my knees are not making my life hard enough, my ass hurts during the fall! Finally the 3of us reach Timpohon gate and we finally complete the whole hike! We called the rest and ask where were they and they were still far away as Venu cant walk anymore, her knees was giving up on her and she cant bend at all. The porter had to carry her back!

After everyone completes the hike, we went back to our hotel in KK, Gaya Centre Hotel. I had a nice long bath and a nice long sleep that night but we all can barely walk. Anyway, we all had fun during some part of the hike. I dont regret going for the hike but dont think I will do it again. Once in a lifetime is enough for me and I'm satisfied!

Dunno What to do?

Boss gave me a few new assignment to do but until now, I have no idea what to do or how to do.. About his business' a/c, I'll have to wait for Ms Lee to pass me the stuffs and brief me on what and how to do. Another project is Istimewa Se**** Sdn Bhd which I really dunno how now. Nobody has been doing it since year 2008 and I dunno how to continue doing from where they stopped. I wanted to ask boss but I'm afraid he'll tell me 'ha, do la'. Can anybody tell me what to do???

Badminton time

Its been more than 1week since I last played badminton! I miss playing badminton. I hope they're all free to play tonight as I skipped last Tuesday's badminton because my back hurts. I can hardly walk that time, so I decided to skip 1week. And I'm not joining Friday's badminton this month as I have smth to do every Friday this month. Haih... I wont play that long also tonight if there is badminton as I didnt wanna strain my back any further. Gotta take extra care of my back before I go to Mt Kinabalu. Its abit fragile right now, gotta be more careful bout it~

Getting there

I'll be going to Kota Kinabalu in 12days time! I'm not really very excited yet as I'm gonna climb up mount Kinabalu there on our 2nd day!!It will be very tiring and I'm worrying bout my back problem now. Its okay now but I'm afraid I might not be able to make it to the top. It will be a waste of money. Hopefully my back wont fail me that day. I dont know what else I need to prepare for that trip, guess I got all the stuffs needed already. The problem is clothes. I'll be there for like 10days, I need to pack alot light and easy clothes.

Last week, Boss called me and talk to me bout work. He asks me to do a/c's work and of course talked about increments also. He wanted me to learn full set a/c and I agreed to it, starting next month. Jus now, he talked to me again. This time he wants me to do his outside a/c for him. Ms Lee has been doing that for him all this while after she resigned but now, he wants to take it back from her and ask me to do. Its an after work job or I can do it at work when I'm free. I'm afraid I wont be able to handle it as I've never done all this before. Guess I'll have to learn everything from scratch now. Haih~

Charlie Brown Cafe

Had lunch with Joanne and my lady boss @ Charlie Brown Cafe. I'm so darn full now! We ordered 8" chic pizza, chicken cutlet and chicken nuggets. Its all about chicken. For drinks, I ordered caffe latte. It was nice but I prefer Starbucks' caffe latte as the coffee is nicer there in Starbucks. We managed to chuck everything into our little stomach but its so uncomfortable now. Very full!!!

Gonna go hike later! I'm so full now, I'm gonna be very very slow later during hiking. 16more days to go Kota Kinabalu!! I cant wait anymore!!! YahooooooO!!!

Get Well Soon, Keima

Keima told me she and kor kor had an accident last friday. When I saw her sms, I freaked out like hell, my hands were shaking and I was trying very hard not to cry. I was so scared and worried because in her sms, she said she and kor kor suffered injuries here and there, it sounded very serious. So I called mum and ask her to call keima to ask the details as I wont be able to ask all this, I dunno how to ask. I was in my office waiting for news but mum never replied. She only told me what happen after I fetched her from hotel. Turns out that it was not as serious as I think it was. They were both at home resting. Everything was okay now. So we're planning to visit them tonight.

Sis had interview today, hope she get a job soon as mum is really annoyed when it comes to month end as sis is not giving her money when she's not working. Mum will complain everytime she spends money.

Harmit's bday @ Hard Rock Cafe

We went to celebrate Harmit's birthday last Saurday @ Hard Rock Cafe. The food there was alot! I had a hard time trying to finish the BBQ chicken I ordered. After makan, they brought the cake(written 'its my birthday, Kiss Me') out and ask Harmit to go up the stage so that all of us can sing birthday song for her. Then we waited for the band to play. I think the band was good but the rest didnt like them saying it was too loud and they cant take it anymore. I enjoyed it very much although I think the previous band was better. The previous band was awesome, the best I've seen so far. I like bands better than just songs and music. We left at 1130pm to meet at Harmit's hse to decide where else to go. When we reach Harmit's hse, it was already 12am and it is Harmit's birthday!!! Yahooo.... After debating for like half an hour, we finally went to Berlin @ Straits Quay for some drinks and to chill. I ordered savanna and its nice. But I prefer venu's blackthorn cider, its more sourish. Went home quite late and then sleep! It was a nice night out!!!

Mum went to Langkawi

Mum went to Langkawi last Sunday with aunty pheh and friends. Sis and I sent her to the airport that day and watched her as she enters the gate. This is the first time mum went on a holiday alone, leaving me and sis behind. And also the first time she wasn't at home for more that 1night. I wonder how she feels. Whenever I'm on holiday with my friends, I would sometimes miss home, mum and sis. I would feel like crying at night but usually I was to tired to cry or think of home at night. I usually sleep until God knows when! Mum is gonna be back today but dunno what time. I think she is on her way now. I will get to see her when I get home and I wil get my mommy back and also chocolates!!! I miss mum, I miss having her at home doing laundry and cooking for us, talking to me, watch tv with me and walking around, knocking things everywhere. I hope to get home soon enough to see her. I hope she enjoyed this trip. I wanted her to be happy as I felt guilty going away with friends all the time but she stayed at home taking care of everyone and everything. So she finally get to go on holidays!

Weekends 07/05/11 and 08/05/11

Saturday, 7th May 2011.....

Went to Gurney with mum. Sister went out with Momo as its mother's day on Sunday, so he came back and hang around. It was also Eli's birthday that day, so I had to go Gurney and buy present for her. Bought a toy dog which will bark, walk and shake its tail. Then went home for a nice long rest and then went Straits Quay as we're celebrating there at Agua, the mediterranean restaurant I always wanted to go but dared not. Finally, I was able to step inside and taste the food there. The food was okay, I just didnt like it much... Faustina, Eli's niece was damn cute. She was busy entertaining everyone that night. Amit bought a shih tzu dog for Eli.. Its was cute but I hate dogs!

Sunday, 8th May 2011.....

It was Mother's day. She got carnation flowers from DAP and BN's ppl at the market. Sis and I brought her to have lunch @ Straits Quay. I wanted to bring her to the new place, Delicious as they have alot of desserts there but it was full of people in there! So we walked around and find for places to eat. We ended up in Aseana Cafe Bar. They have mother's day promotion going on and its buy 1main course get 1main course free. The food was damn expensive but since its buy 1 free 1, we gave it a try. Environment was nice but food was normal. Then we went to have some after lunch dessert at Fruuze! Yum Yum! After lunch, we went PC Fair @ PISA. Mum wanted to buy pendrive and printer ink. The external hardisk was cheap too but too bad they dont have orange colour ones... Spend the whole night watching TV and doing revision.

Another Trail Conquered

I've been to Bali's Mount Batur in year 2009. Thats probably my 1st intensive hike up a mountain. I mean I've hike to Pantai Kerachut and all but Mount Batur was a totally different story of hiking. So since after Bali, my friends got excited or should I say addicted to hiking and they keep coming up with hiking plans. I've always been hiking up from youth park almost every week. That was simple compared to the others. Last time I hiked up to Penang Hill from Botanical Garden. I thought that was tough enough for Penang's trail but I was wrong. Damn wrong! Last Sunday, I joined a competition with Venu, we're suppose to hike from Teluk Bahang to Penang Hill. We started from Hutan Rimba and hike up from there. That trail was so bloody tough and its never ending. I was so tired, my knee hurts, my back hurts, my whole waist hurts and I could barely walk straight. The trail was up and down, up and down, to some parts of the trail, we have to pull ourselves up! We finally made it up there in 3-4hrs of never ending hike. And when we reach the top, they told me it was Penang's longest trail! So thats another trail in Penang that I've conquered! And its an achievement! So what's next? I guess its youth park until Mount Kinabalu in July. Mount K, here I come!!!

Its Over

I've served my 1week meat-less diet! I'm kinda proud of myself right now. I can't believe that I can actually do it, I actually survived 1week without meat. I'm so happy now as I get to eat meat in half an hour time.... Its my 1st meat meal after 1week! Its actually nothing going on a meat-less diet except that all those meats look exceptionally delicious during that week. It smells nice too. Anyway, I've done my part congratulating Diane for getting a job so I'm good now!!! And its all about meat business now! Wahahahahahaha... Was thinking of pizza, Fatty Loh Chicken Rice, Sushi King and many many many more now. Half an hour more and I can eat the world's most delicious food, which is meat!!

I had a great time playing badminton last night @ CLS. Hamilton came, and alot of our gang member came and play. We had both the courts to ourselves and we had exactly 8ppl playing. So we can play doubles at the same time. Yesterday's matches were all exciting and tight. I was so damn freaking tired even after the first match. I wanted to rest but cant. We all continued playing until 830pm! Since every1 is so good, I had to play seriously in every match. I cant play a fool around like other times and honestly, I wanna win! But against Hamilton, I cant win. I was close but he wins all the time. I only manage to get 18-19points in every match I played against him with different partners. Thats very good for me as he is really really good. Its been a while since I last played badminton like this. Haha! Hamilton invited me to go General College on Mondays 6pm-8pm to play with his friends. He said they're 1-2person short so he's taking me and Amit there to play. I'm honoured to be invited by him as there are so many others who are better than me but he chose me. Haha. Does that means I'm good? I mean if he needed a girl, he can take Harmit. Isnt she alot better than me. She IS better than me but I think she makes alot of mistakes and tends to be over-confident at times. I think I'm better as an all-round player. Thats what I think. I can play in front and at the back of the court. But I prefer standing in the middle and back as I'm scared to be infront all the time. Hehe! I love badminton and I hope I can improve more. I am lucky to have so many friends to play with me on a regular basis.

Hi

Its been a while since I last updated my blog. Dont know why I seldom update nowadays also. Is it because I was lazy? Or is it because I forgot my blog? Or maybe its because I was busy and had no time to update? Maybe its just because I had nth to update about. Anyway, I'm doing it now.

I'm excited bout my Kinabalu hiking trip now. I've bought almost everything I needed. Nice hiking shoes, nice hiking bag, nice travelling bag. What else is there? And most importantly is that I'm officially broke after all this stuffs I bought. But all those stuff is usable for wherever I go next time. And I really like all the equipments that I bought.

Its Cold, AGAIN!

I'm at work and its damn cold here in my office. The sun was shining so brightly at 12+ and all of the sudden after I finish my lunch at Sunrise McDonald's, when we're heading to the car, it was raining a bit. Then on the way back to office, it was really raining, heavily. When we get back to the office, it was so cold! I had to put on my jacket immediately but it was still damn cold until now! Although I dont think its raining outside anymore, i dont understand why is it still so cold. My boss is okay with this temperature as she did not complain until now. The rest of us were all wearing our jackets.

I'm bored, waiting for my bitch to pass me the invoice so that I can send it to the owners. Last term, she gave me beginning of the month but this term, not here yet. Its 25th and I had to send it out asap! Is she playing a fool with me?

Another Day, as usual~

My colleague, Joanne is on leave today. Man, the office is gonna be cold today. I'm all alone here except for my boss, which is in her room. Outside the room, its only me. Marketing staff is not here yet as they start work at 10pm. But its only 1 of them as the other 1 is also on leave. Aini wont sit here all day as she has to go here and there. So in the end of the day, we can conclude that its only me in this side of my office. Sad and bored. Unless my boss comes out and talk to me, I got nobody to talk to today. Venu and the gang went to KL as I think Harmit has class or course or training there, so they're all accompanying her there and have fun. Even MSN is empty, nobody to talk to. Its only 9.30am now and how am I gonna live through to 5.30pm??!! Please give me something to do!!

I need some sleep

I'm at work now and its been a very very long time since I last felt sleepy at work. I mean I do feel sleepy at times but not this sleepy. I can practically close my eyes and fall asleep in seconds! I havent felt this sleepy since I move to this credit control department. I think its because I have more work to do here so I dont have the time to feel bored and sleepy. Then Joanne is sitting next to me, so when I was bored, I get to talk to her and at times, my boss will come out here and hang around, chat and play with us. But I dont know what happen to me today, I am extremely sleepy right now. I want to go home and sleep! I need to sleep! I have to sleep!

Mom's Birthday

Yesterday, 27th Feb was mom's birthday. Sis and I bought a cake for mom on Saturday and we cut the cake at night as we were all sleepy that night! We went to have pizza for lunch yesterday at Pizza Hut Tesco. Shopped for awhile there and then we head home to get ready for dinner. Sis and I brought mom to The Ship for dinner. We ordered lobster baked with cheese, some Honolulu turkey ham stick thing, crabmeat and sweetcorn soup, crab salad. We were all so full after the dinner. I think mom likes it as its her 55th birthday, we want to make it special and therefore we brought her to The Ship for lobster. Dinner was expensive but its okay, its a once a year thing and its mom's 55th birthday. We bought the Ebene knee guard for her as she always complain her knee hurts when she walks.

Pui Pui is proud of Pui Pui

* ( I actually wrote a long long story bout how proud I am of myself after hiking up to Penang Hill but my internet connection has some stupid problem and it didnt save my draft, when I click 'publish post' it went to 'page not found'. After refreshing the page, everything is gone! ) *

My poor right pinky finger

I've always hated new papers and files... When I was putting in back the paperfile into the box yesteday after I keyed in the information into my excel file, the end of the stupid file cut my right pinky finger! Its a very deep cut and it bleeds, alot! It was so painful that I wanted to cry. I can cry here that time as no one was here. It happen after lunch and everyone went out for lunch. So i can scream and swear and cry but I just kept quiet and endure the pain myself as I didnt wanna make a fool out of myself. It is still very painful now. I had to wrap it up when I bath as it hurts when it make contact with waters. I wrapped it with tissue paper yesterday and showed my boss. She ask me what happen, I told her paper-file-cut! Then she said the way I wrapped my finger, it doesnt look like a cut, instead it looked like I've fractured my pinky finger. Haha... I had to wrapped it as I didnt want to touch or bang it accidentally. What if I accidentally poke it with other things? Lightning does strikes twice at the same place! My poor little right pinky finger!

1st day @ work after CNY

Yesterday was my 1st day of work after CNY break. Morning was dreadful.. Nobody was in the mood for work. Received a few angpaus from everybody and we just sat here and talk about CNY. My boss took half day leave and went home to sleep in the afternoon! Not Fair! I had an amazing lunch yesterday @ Sam Hui Cafe. We were eating and there was a lot of people came to eat too. Then theres Lion Dance right behind where I sat during lunch. Turns out that the Chan May May Optical shop invites them to do their thing. Lion Dance in indoor is very very noisy and they're playing the drums and plates right behind me! I cant eat while they're dancing as I needed my hands to close my ears or I'll be a deaf Pui Pui. Haha. Not a bad lunch afterall as we watched performances during lunch. Some desserts. Hehe.

Afternoon was dreadful. I was already not in the mood to work and yet there's so many owners came and make noise. I don't like talking to them as they always make alot of noise, scold and say bad things. Most of the time I just kept quiet and wait till they finish talking, and hope for them to leave as soon as possible. Worst thing is my boss is not here, so I have to handle noisy owners by myself. What a new year day!~

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year this year was tiring.. First, it started with dad coming back on the eve of chinese new year. I had to go get him from jetty at night then we went to find food until late at night. On the first day of new year, we went to aunty's house, spend some time there and then went to find lunch as there aren't many shops open on chinese new year's day. Went home after that and then thats all for the 1st day. Next day, sis and I went to Momo's house. I drove there, had lunch with his family and then went to 3temples very far from his house. Reach home quite late as the traffic was unbelieveable for a day w/o school. Then on Satuday, we drop dad at jetty as he's going back to Kampar and then mum, sis and I went to 1st Avenue to watch I Love HongKong. It was a damn funny movie. Ate abit after movie and then we went back home. Sunday was normal Sunday, spend my time at home watching tv, surfing the net and sleep. Monday was a tiring day. 1st, we made honeydew sago and then we deliver it to mum's and keima's office. Went to Sakae Sushi for lunch and then EPF office to do the nomination thing then went back home and then go out again for dinner and sis' frens hse to pass them the honeydew sago.

So thats all for my cny holiday. I miss daddy!

Happy Holiday

Its 3.45pm now and after 5.30pm today, I'm on holiday until next Tuesday! And most importantly its chinese new year!!! And chinese new year means ang pau!! And lots and lots of money coming in! I cant wait until that day. I'm trying to finish all my work here today before I go for holiday break and I think I'm done here. So, I'm just gonna hang around and wait for time to go back but I have to attend class today until 9.45pm. Another hell before chinese new year but I'll manage it somehow.

Weekends

Went to Straits Quay for two consecutive nights last weekend. On Saturday, I wanted to go because they have some kuih charity sale but it turns out that the sale was on Sunday. Saturday was just the workshop thing. Then they have chinese yoyo performance where a bunch of kids were playing around. Later was the unicorn dance thing. It sucks! I prefer lion dance alot more than unicorn. We had Fruuze frozen yoghurt, it was very nice. I took the blueberry flavour and I like it. After the performances, we went home.

On Sunday, I had class in the afternoon until 5pm. After that, I went back to get mum and sis to Straits Quay again. Mum wants to see how much they're selling the kuih thing they made on Saturday. She guessed it would be around 10bucks but the actual price is 20bucks so mum did not buy any and keeps avoiding them. Haha! We went to ear Fruuze frozen yoghurt again and then had dinner @ Bluereef. Saw Karen there again! She must be thinking that I go there all the time as I saw her there quite a few times already. I think she was working there that day as I saw her taking pictures and organising stuffs. The mask changing performance was awesome but it only lasted for a short while. I think they should make it longer, perhaps bring more masks to change or walk longer before changing into another mask. We watch the chinese orchestra also as it was conducted by sis' ex-teacher, Lai Ah Lai. After everything, we went back home and it was a tiring weekend.

My boss use my name to apply for the season parking pass for her brother in law as they have this new pricing for they season parking pass which is very expensive. Since I'm not driving to work, they can use my name to apply for 1. It is cheaper than others if I apply as I work under this company. Its 65bucks per month and the company will reimburse me 35bucks later that month. So when I got my 35bucks, I pass it to my boss and she doesn't want it. She said she and her brother in law had agreed that I take that 35bucks. How can I take it? I didn't do anything, I just gave my name and that is not worth 35bucks a month. I refuse to take it and I think the money is still in her office. Each time I go into her office, she'll ask me to take it. She even threaten to slap me if I don't take it. Haha, now thats funny. Hope it wont be like this every month or else, I don't know how.

I so very miss them

I kept thinking about my grandmas and grandpas as I didnt want to forget how they look like. I know I'm very forgetful and so I'm afraid that I will forget their face, their voice, everything about them. I love all of them very much and I'm lucky to have them in my life. The image of them is blur now and by looking at their pictures I took last time, I can refresh it. I just need to remember their voice, the stuffs they do and the conversation between us. I really miss them alot!

1hour and 45mins lunch

I went out for lunch at 12pm and then while I was eating, my boss called and ask me if I drove to work or not. I told her yes and she ask me to fetch her to collect her car at the Honda Service Centre. So I came back early after lunch to go out with her. She told me where it is but knowing me, I wouldnt know where so she had to guide me along the way. Dropped her there to collect her car and then I waited for her as I'm not really sure how to come back to work from there. I did not punch my card when I came back for lunch at around 12.30pm. I only punched at 1.45pm after I did everything. Oops, we're suppose to take 1hour for lunch and I took 1hour and 45minutes! Wow... But I guess thats okay as my boss is with me all the time, she would know what I did during that extra 45minutes of my lunch time and if anybody ask, they can ask my boss.

Chinese New Year! I can't wait!!!

Its Everybody's Birthday

Last Saturday (8/01/2011) was my boss Ms.Lim and Sunilo's birthday! Joanne and I bought cake from Humble Beginnings for my boss. We celebrated in the office, ate crepes and talk alot.

At night, its time to celebrate Sunilo's birthday. We went for dinner at Pizzeria Hard Rock for pizzas! The pizzas were awesome. I like the desserts too but we didn't order that as we had cake for the birthday boy. The cake was nice too, at least I like it very much! After dinner, we went Hard Rock Cafe for the band and the drinks. The band was awesome there, I dont know what's the name of the band but they rock! I enjoyed my entire whole night listening to the band, they're awesome!

Well, thats all of the birthdays. Been busy all day yesterday cleaning my house as chinese new year is just around the corner and we need the house to be tidy and clean before chinese new year. Cant wait for chinese new year as that means ang paus and ang paus means money! Hehehe!

First of 2011

Happy New Year. This is my first blog entry for year 2011. Welcome 2011 and bye bye 2010. May the best of 2010 be the worst of 2011!!!
Went to Straits Quay for countdown with a group of my most beloved friends. It was the best way to celebrate it. The fireworks was awesome, the best I've seen so far although it was long and it made my head tired but I enjoyed it! I sms-ed everyone I love, wish them happy new year after the fireworks and after hugging each other. Met a few friends there and I also met Karen Ang and her two kids. Wished her happy new year, shook her hand. It was awkward. I should have talk to her for a while instead of rushing it. Hehe.. Anyway, it was a memorable 1st hour of 2011! Happy New Year!~
